The problem

ERP data is the most valuable context in an operations business, and the hardest to reach. Staff click through dozens of screens to answer simple questions like "what's late this week?"

The solution

A connector exposes the ERP's key records as tools. Read questions are answered instantly; anything that creates or changes a record is drafted by the agent and confirmed by a person.
